2. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information only for reasonable purposes connected with our business, including to:

3. Age Verification for Alcohol-Related Services

Where age verification is legally required, RMHR may visually inspect valid government-issued identification at delivery or service completion.

We do not copy, scan, photograph or retain identification documents or identification numbers.

4. Cookies and Website Analytics

Our website may use cookies that are required for basic website functionality.

With your permission, optional cookies may also be used to understand website traffic, measure website performance and improve the visitor experience. Optional tracking is activated only when you select Accept optional cookies on our cookie banner.

You may select Decline optional cookies or use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the website function.

5. Service Providers and Disclosure

RMHR does not sell or rent personal information.

We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate our business, including website hosting, online forms, email, analytics, invoicing, payment-processing and data-storage providers. These providers may process limited personal information only as needed to provide services to RMHR and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.

Some service providers may store or process information outside Alberta or Canada. In those circumstances, information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed.

Where a property owner, manager or host arranged the service on a guest’s behalf, we may communicate with that client about the requested service and its completion.

We may also disclose information where required by law, court order or lawful authority, or where reasonably necessary to protect a person, RMHR’s legal rights or property.

6. Information Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide and document requested services.
  • Respond to questions or disputes.
  • Maintain required accounting and business records.
  • Meet legal, contractual, insurance or regulatory obligations.

When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete, destroy or anonymize it.

7. Safeguards

RMHR uses reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we hold. These may include access controls, password-protected systems, restricted access to service information and the use of reputable technology providers.

No internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Information

RMHR does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Service requests involving children should be submitted by a parent, guardian, property manager, host or other authorized adult.

Please provide only the minimum information reasonably needed for us to complete the requested service.

  • Request access to or correction of your information.
  • Withdraw consent to optional uses of your information.
  • Ask questions about how your information has been handled.
  • Request deletion of information, subject to any legal, contractual or record-retention requirements.

Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide a requested service where the information is necessary to complete it.
